Alexander Technique: Even At 88 It’s Great

This is a picture of me working with my Grandma last month. She’s been using the Alexander Technique for a couple of years now to reduce the arthritis in her hands and neck. She is pretty spry at 88 and it’s always amazing to experience her balance and breath change when I get home to give her a lesson. In this lesson she told me, ” I just stop and tell myself to use a little less pressure before I move, and then I just move. It feels so good and I love that I don’t have to get it right.”
